Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • If an author is facing any issues while submitting their paper through the submission tab, they can directly email it to editors@ijsssr.com / editorsijsssr@gmail.com
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or LaTeX document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Authors are encouraged to refer to the provided template for formatting guidelines. The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Before submitting the work for publication, authors should carefully read the submission requirements. The absence of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors must be guaranteed by authors. Before submission, these must be thoroughly revised. Editors are not responsible for improving the language of the paper or for properly correcting the content. Manuscripts that are not formatted properly risk being rejected and not being sent for blind review.

  • Papers prepared in English (Times New Roman) or Hindi (Kruti Dev 010) or Marathi or Gujarati (Devanagari) or Punjabi etc. and using a template MS Word or Latex and manuscript should be electronically submitted as an attachment to the following Email address: editors@ijsssr.com.​​

  • For acceptance letter, kindly check both your inbox and spam folder.​​​

  • ​​A paper is not copyright if it is submitted to the International Journal of Science and Social Science Research for evaluation. It hasn't been submitted or accepted for publishing anywhere else and won't be until the IJSSSR completes the review. The author(s) must sign the official copyright transfer form if the paper is accepted for publication.

Open Access Rule:

Without requiring a subscription to the journal in which the articles are published, open access is a publishing approach that offers immediate, universal, barrier-free access to the full text of research publications.

So long as correct author acknowledgment is given, readers are free to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the work as well as create and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for any lawful purpose. Additionally, authors that submit their work to open access journals keep the article's copyright. Open Access journals go through the same peer review and quality control as any other scholarly journal, much like traditional subscription-based journals. Additionally, Open Access enables the greatest possible awareness, adoption, and use of the published work.
